We alternate Sat. office hours with the other two Pediatric groups.
These are for acute sick appts. only.
Our New Saturday Hours are 10:00a.m. to 2:00 p.m
We will always leave information on our answering-machine
and now on our Facebook page, letting you know
who is "on-Call" for the weekend
and a number to contact that office.
We have 24 hr. call coverage.
After Hours Concerns:
You will have access to a pediatrician 24 hours per day, 7 days per week;
however, we ask that you reserve after hours calls to
emergencies & acute sick questions only.
Our after hours voicemail will direct parents to Dr. Kiluk for emergencies or questions that can't wait until normal business hours.
Direct routine questions to the office during normal business hours.
Please state that you are Dr. Kiluk's patient, your child's name, age, specific problem and any medications your child takes.
Stay near the phone number you have left with the Answering Service.
This allows the Doctor to call you back without delay.

Please call the office prior to coming in for sick appointments.
This call will allow our staff time to prepare for your appointment and ensure your needs are met efficiently.
Sick appointments:
We have openings available at the start of each workday to see sick children
and encourage you to call as early in the day.
Sick visits usually focus on a single problem and tend to be shorter visits.
We ask that you make an appointment for each child needing Dr. Kiluk's attention, please do not add a sibling without calling ahead to let us know more than one child is coming.
We value your time, so as a courtesy to us and others who may need that time-
PLEASE call to cancel your appointments!
Your scheduled appointment is reserved specifically for your child.
Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you must change your appointment. If 24 hour notice is not given, an office fee will be charged before another appointment will be scheduled for your child.
We are happy to complete administrative tasks such as school and camp forms
as long as your child is up to date on their well checkups
at no charge to you!
